We understand that everyone’s situation is unique and special. In order to maximize our client’s independence and dignity, we provide personal care plans.
Clients of Country Manor Home Health Care are in control of the care they receive. Our programs are uniquely designed to be customizable and may be modified at any time. As needs increase or decrease, so can the amount and level of care being provided. Clients will never be charged for services they do not receive.
